You could try some other resources that are available such as:

• The OpenOffice.org FAQ
• The User FAQ project for OpenOffice.org
• Sending a mail to the mailing list users@openoffice.org, explaining your problem. It is often the case that your question has been asked before so take a look at the mailing list archives. Please remember that this list is staffed by volunteers, so there may be a delay in getting a response. Also to be able to get your responses you will either have to look at the Mailing List archive or subscribe to the mailing list by sending a mail to user-subscribe@openoffice.org.
• If your question is not answered there you may find it has been answered on the DEVELOPMENT list for the Mac Port.
